To reveal the origin of the wheat B sub-genome, we performed the whole genome sequencing of sitopsis species. Besides, we also conducted the RNA seq of Ae.speltoides and hexaploid wheat Chinese Spring. Overall design: We conducted the whole genome sequencing of 5 species, whole exome sequencing of sitopsis.Besides, we also conducted the RNA-seq sequencing of 17 tissues of Ae.speltoides samples, 7 tissues of wheat.
